Our industrial-grade curing station combines powerful UV light and radiant heat integrated into a vacuum chamber for exceptional performance. The ability to post-cure in an oxygen-free environment significantly increases speed and helps optimize both the accuracy and final material properties.

BETTER AFTER-CARE AND UP TO 10 TIMES FASTER
The curing station offers the best of all three main post-printing curing factors: UV light, heat, and oxygen. The main practical advantages are twofold: speed and precision. Without oxygen to inhibit curing, the resin's post-curing process is significantly accelerated. The radiated heat increases the mobility of the polymer resin, further increasing the speed and thoroughness of the post-curing reaction.

HIGH ACCURACY, LESS DISTORTION, SHARP DETAILS
High-intensity UV light combined with heat in a vacuum environment allows the Curing Station to cure printed parts more accurately than other post-print curing solutions. All three key variables can be independently controlled by the user in a single automated curing preset, making the Curing Station an exceptionally versatile device.

POWERFUL UV LIGHTING
The curing station produces a total radiated power of 45 watts of broad-spectrum UV light. The 28 UV lights are evenly distributed 360 degrees around the parts, ensuring uniform exposure from all sides. The powerful lights also have a curing effect through the heat radiated onto the parts inside the chamber. The absence of oxygen creates a more complete reaction than at atmospheric pressure.

COMPLETE CONTROL IN ONE-TOUCH PRESETS
The touchscreen interface allows the user to fully customize the automatic curing presets. Vacuum, pressure, UV light dose, degassing time, and cooling time can be individually controlled at each stage of the process. By combining a series of successive steps into a preset, the Curing Station allows you to create any conceivable curing process based on the resin's properties and application requirements.

LARGE CAPACITY
With its 282 x 395 x 275 mm capacity, the Curing Station allows you to post-cure even the largest parts. The easily removable borosilicate plates allow you to select the optimal configuration for your job.
