GENERATE
We offer our customers a clean, safe, and simple workflow. All our systems are based on the idea of using this workflow and a high degree of automation to enable real-world production with 3D printing. All production data is documented and stored in GENERA CAM.

G1/F1 System
Resolution: 2k (1920 x 1080)
Print volume: x: 134mm, y: 76mm, z: 150mm
The G1/F1 brings GENERA workflow and automation to your desktop. It's compatible with our validated materials library and uses a cartridge-based material unit to store materials. The G1/F1 uses GENERA shuttle technology for a clean and secure workflow.
The G1/F1 brings GENERA workflow and automation to your desktop. It's compatible with the validated GENERA materials library and uses a cartridge-based material drive to store materials. The G1/F1 uses GENERA shuttle technology for a clean and secure workflow.
The F1 uses a torch to cure parts in an inert atmosphere.
The parts are cleaned in two specially designed cleaning tanks for safe use with IPA. The entire workflow is RF-ID tracked.
G2 System
Resolution: 4k (3840 x 2160)
Print volume: x: 384mm, y: 216mm, z: 320mm
Pixels: 100μm, 70μm, 40μm
The G2 system offers 4K DLP technology with various resolution/pixel sizes. This integrated system can produce both very large components and smaller, highly detailed parts, depending on your needs. The G2 offers the ability to run two print jobs in a row, increasing capacity, especially during overnight printing. Innovative component management allows for clean production. Together, the G2/F2 form the perfect production system.
3D printing production like never before. The G2 was developed for industrial use, both for service providers and factories. It can double output, printing two separate jobs unattended. An innovative resin vat system offers maximum flexibility with minimal setup time.
F2 System
We have the solution to all your additive manufacturing challenges: G2/F2 combined form a system that replaces a full production lab and produces repeatable and traceable components. This system will allow professional users to push the boundaries of what's possible.
GENERA's glove-free handling system is based on an innovative shuttle solution. Throughout the entire production process, the component travels in a narrow box or shuttle. This design protects both the valuable components and your hands. The 3D component can be handled and optimized without dripping, contamination, or external light. At the same time, the shuttle serves as an interface between the 3D printer and the post-processing unit. It documents the entire production process and makes it traceable and repeatable.
System A2
True industrial automation has reached the 3D printing market with Genera's A2 system. The A2 automation module connects the powerful G2 printer with the F2 post-processing unit to enable lights-out production.
The A2 transfers finished print jobs from the G2 to the F2 for post-processing, while also providing new build platforms to the G2 for continuous printing. After the printed parts are washed and post-printed, they are returned to the A2 where they can be stored for later removal by an operator without interrupting the machine cycle. The A2's modular design allows the system to be customized to the customer's specific production needs with additional processing stations and the integration of third-party robotic arm machine tending.
Compatible with current G2/F2 systems.
G3 System
Resolution: 4k (3840 x 2160)
Print volume: x: 384mm, y: 216mm, z: 320mm
Pixels: 40 μm or 70 μm or 100 μm
The G3 can be preconfigured for pixel size resolutions of 40, 70, or 100µm using the same powerful 4K 385nm DLP light engine as the G2. Print with the same flexibility as the G2 using GENERA's open material vat resin system and ever-expanding material database. Parts are automatically cleaned after printing with our non-flammable GENERA Clear3d cleaning fluid in the integrated agitator wash station. Final post-curing is completed in the high-power, homogeneous, temperature-programmable UV LED post-curing chamber with optional inert atmosphere flooding. Print, wash, and post-cure. All with the G3.
