The X-Treme Series automatic dry cabinets are specifically designed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSD). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time.

The XTC-510-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet can also be used for cooking with optional heating units up to 125ᵒC. It is one of the most widely used cabinets due to its ergonomic design and large volume. The XTC-510-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet is equipped with a desiccant drying unit (DHM-01) and an intelligent nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The N2AF-01 nitrogen flow unit ensures a constant low relative humidity of ≤0.5%RH for short- and long-term storage. It provides a moisture- and oxygen-free environment. Ideal for moisture- and oxidation-proof storage of a wide range of technologies.

The X-Treme Series XTC-510-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet prevents oxidation thanks to its intelligent nitrogen unit, but also makes the dehumidification process faster and more reliable thanks to the simultaneous operation of two desiccant units. The intelligent nitrogen unit continues the dehumidification process by taking over when the dehumidification unit reaches saturation and automatically regenerates. If the nitrogen source is interrupted or one unit malfunctions, the other unit takes over and ensures a continuous drying process. For these reasons, they are the most efficient drying and storage solutions, especially suitable for long-term storage and drying processes.

The X-Treme Series XTC-510-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet optimally regulates the nitrogen gas used thanks to comprehensive software and sensitive sensors, maintaining the desired humidity level and minimizing the level of consumables. The user can increase or decrease the nitrogen gas pressure according to the process needs, or can adapt it to the process by changing the nitrogen gas injection settings on the touchscreen control panel. This allows the user to decide which unit works how much.

The touchscreen control panel offers a resolution of 800x480px in a 7" touch area. The user can access all important cabinet data with just a few clicks. The X-Treme series automatic dry cabinets are fully network compatible and can be accessed remotely via computers, phones, and tablets using Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. The cabinets are equipped with high-precision sensors and a built-in data logger for performance tracking.
