The X-Treme Series self-drying cabinets are specifically designed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSD). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time.

The XSC-900-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet can be used for baking with optional heating units up to 100°C. Thanks to the cabinet's extra-deep depth, feeder storage solutions can be added or used for storing large products. The XSC-900-DN2 hybrid dry cabinet is equipped with both an adsorption drying unit (DHM-01) and an intelligent nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The N2AF-01 nitrogen flow unit ensures a constant low relative humidity of ≤0.5% RH for short- and long-term storage. A moisture-free and oxygen-free environment is provided. Ideal for moisture-proof and oxidation-proof storage of wide-range technologies.

While the XSC-900-DN2 X-Treme Series hybrid dry cabinet prevents oxidation with its intelligent nitrogen unit, it also makes the dehumidification process faster and more reliable with desiccant and dry units operating simultaneously. A smart nitrogen unit will continue the drying process by taking over when the dry desiccant unit reaches saturation and automatically regenerates. If the nitrogen source is interrupted or one unit malfunctions, the other unit takes over and provides a continuous drying process. For these reasons, they are the most efficient drying and storage solutions, especially suitable for long-term storage and drying processes.

The XSC-900-DN2 X-Treme Series Hybrid Dry Cabinet optimally regulates the nitrogen gas used thanks to its comprehensive software and sensitive sensors, maintaining humidity levels at the desired values and saving money by minimizing consumable usage. Users can increase or decrease nitrogen gas pressure based on process needs, or it can be adapted to the process by changing the nitrogen gas injection settings on the touchscreen control panel. This allows the user to decide which unit operates how much.

The touchscreen control panel offers a resolution of 800x480 px in a 7" touch area. The user can access all important data in the cabinets with just a few clicks. The Auto Dry X-Treme Series cabinets are fully network compatible and can be accessed remotely via computers, phones, and tablets using Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. The cabinets are equipped with high-precision sensors and a built-in data logger for performance tracking.
