BEDROCK 3D TPU 64D is the stiffest flexible material in our portfolio, based on BASF's Elastollan® . It is a high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane that combines stiffness and flexibility in a single material. Designed for industrial applications, it ensures high resistance to impact, wear, and fatigue, while remaining elastic enough to replace parts traditionally made of rubber or ABS. It is compatible with water-soluble BVOH supports, allowing the creation of complex geometries. The filament is produced with extremely high dimensional precision, ensuring consistent diameter and stable printing.
