BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO PVA/PVOH/BVOH
Conventional support materials often have disadvantages. They absorb moisture, become sticky, have poor thermal stability, and are usually only compatible with a few model materials. This can make handling these filaments significantly more difficult. Our Xioneer VXL filament solves precisely these problems to simplify 3D printing.
EASY TO USE
Xioneer VXL 70 ensures a more comfortable printing experience. Thanks to its alkali solubility, it is much less sensitive to moisture. Although storage in a dry place is recommended, the material can be stored safely for several days if not stored airtight. This is also the main reason why VXL offers more reliable printing than PVA, PVOH, or BVOH. Not only is the risk of nozzle clogging minimized, but foaming is also eliminated after extrusion from the nozzle. Adhesion to both the print bed and the model is improved.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH Xioneer VXL 70?
After intensive development, Xioneer VXL filament has been adapted to the most popular materials on the 3D printing market. Depending on the material you want to print, there's a suitable Xioneer VXL filament. The VXL product range begins with VXL 70. This filament is particularly compatible with materials such as PETG, PVB, TPU, TPC, PCTG, ABS, ASA, HIPS, and PA.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is recommended to cool the nozzle loaded with VXL 70 during periods of inactivity during printing to avoid thermal decomposition. After the printing process is complete, the VXL 70 support material is usually dissolved in an alkaline solution at least 40°C. For this purpose, we offer the specially developed Xioneer VXL EX or VXL Solve, which can be easily added to the water in the dissolution bath to achieve the desired pH.
