VX1000: Universal 3D printing for industry

The VX1000 is a robust and popular industrial 3D printing system. Our VX1000 can print medium-sized sand molds and cores for metal casting, investment casting patterns, and high-performance ceramic components. The VX1000 can process all common voxeljet material systems, depending on the material configuration. The build volume of 1000 x 600 x 500 mm is ideal for the cost-effective production of prototypes and small to medium-sized series.

The latest solution technology for a variety of applications. Depending on the equipment, the VX1000 can process furan or phenolic resin binders and is therefore compatible with various quartz sands and specialty ceramic sands for mold and core production. When manufacturing investment cast patterns is required, the 3D printing system with the PMMA material set offers a suitable solution. The 3D printed patterns behave like conventional wax patterns and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production chains, both for flexible prototype construction and dynamic small-series production.

The VX1000 is a space-saver. The VX1000's 1000 x 600 x 500 mm build volume can be optimally utilized for optimized unit costs. Components are printed in a powder bed and are automatically stabilized and bonded using unbound powder. The VX1000 can reliably produce even the thinnest component geometries with optimized scrap rates.

Precision down to the smallest detail. The high-precision piezoelectric print heads and durable machine components work with the utmost precision and quality even under peak loads. Therefore, the VX1000 meets even the highest requirements for dimensional accuracy and tolerance in both investment casting and sand casting, regardless of the geometric complexity of the component.
