Ultrasint® TPU01 is a multipurpose thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) powder, ideal for the production of parts requiring shock absorption, energy return or flexibility.
This highly processable, multipurpose material is specifically designed for HP's Multi Jet Fusion 5200 series printers. Ultrasint® TPU01 delivers strong, flexible, and durable parts with excellent surface quality and detail. Typical applications include sports protective equipment, footwear, orthopedic models, automotive interior components, and various industrial tools such as hoses and pliers.
Ultrasint® TPU01 opens up unlimited design possibilities: it is extremely easy to print, has very high process stability, and offers one of the highest production rates for flexible materials on the 3D printing market. These unique characteristics make it perfect for series production with HP Multi Jet Fusion printers.
