Ultrasint® PA11 rCF is a material composed of PA11 derived from bio-sources and recycled carbon fiber feedstock, for advanced powder bed fusion applications.

This exceptional material is reinforced with carbon fiber, offering optimal mechanical performance for molded components where strength and stiffness are crucial. Ultrasint® PA11 rCF is the perfect choice for lightweight designs, such as custom and short-run motorsport component series.
Additionally, using recycled carbon fiber reinforcements reduces the material's carbon footprint by half, compared to a material using standard carbon fiber.*
