BASF Ultrafuse PET CF is a high-performance 3D printable filament for professional use and demanding applications. The material is a technically high-quality filament with heat resistance up to 150°C, higher chemical resistance than most standard materials, and low moisture absorption.
BASF Ultrafuse PET CF filament is easy to process and can therefore be used on a wide range of 3D printers from various manufacturers. However, 3D printers with so-called dual extrusion processes exploit the material's full potential. PET CF is compatible with water-soluble support materials such as BASF Ultrafuse BVOH, as well as other support materials such as HIPS. This allows for the creation of complex geometries, one of the major advantages of additive manufacturing.
Note: BASF Ultrafuse's current filaments were sold under the Innofil3D brand until the end of 2019. The Dutch manufacturer was previously acquired by the German chemical company BASF. As part of the acquisition, the filaments were renamed and the packaging was modified. The printing material itself is still the same high-quality filament as before.
