Ceramic-filled resin with exceptionally high stiffness and temperature resistance
Ultracur3D® RG 3280 is the first composite material we are adding to our rigid product line. Due to the high ceramic particle loading, this material has an extremely high stiffness of approximately 10 GPa and an HDT B exceeding 280°C.
These exceptional properties place Ultracur3D® RG 3280 in an exceptional position among our other resins. Furthermore, despite the high particle loading, the viscosity is kept low and particle settling is limited, making this resin very easy to handle and print. Its high stiffness and temperature resistance make it the perfect material for tooling, molding, and wind tunnel testing.
The material has a white color and feel, similar to ceramic.
