The ThermaX™ HTS1 [High Temperature Support] peelable support is ideal for printing high-temperature polymers including PSU, PES, PPSU, PPS, Ultem™ PEI, PEKK, and PEEK. This support adheres well to these advanced materials and can be peeled off after printing to allow for complex geometries without damaging the part.

Works perfectly with the following ThermaX™ materials:
- PEKK [Polyethereketoneketone]
- PEEK [Polyetheretherketone]
- PEI made with ULTEM™
- PPSU [Polyphenyl Sulfone]
- power supply [polysulfone]
- PPS [Polyphenylene Sulfide]
Removing the support:
- This is a detachable holder and will not dissolve.
- It is best to remove the high temperature support while the printed part is still hot.
- If the finished printed part cools completely and removing the support becomes too difficult, you can reheat the part in the printer chamber or in an oven, not exceeding the Tg of the model material you are printing with.
Recommended print settings:
- Extruder: 350-380°C
- Bed temperature: 120-160°C
- Bed preparation: Nanopolymer adhesive or polyimide tape gives us the best results.
- Heated enclosure: All high-temperature materials are best printed in a heated enclosure or build environment. The enclosure temperature should not exceed 185°C for our high-temperature support material to remain structurally sound.
- Other: Do not use a cooling fan when printing on this media.
- Drying instructions: 120°C for 4 hours
