Building on the Pro2 Series, Raise3D's newly launched Pro3 Series dual-extruder professional 3D printers meet the needs of both production and multi-dimensional rapid prototyping, offering high precision and stable 24-hour operation. The Pro3 Series consists of the Pro3, with a build volume of 300x300x300 mm, and the Pro3 Plus, with a build volume of 300x300x605 mm, meeting the requirements of large-scale production and multi-dimensional rapid prototyping. A high-quality printer design that includes advanced features and an intelligent assistance system known as EVE, all of which make the Pro3 Series dual-extruder 3D printers an excellent option for professional 3D printing.

The Pro3 Series dual-extruder 3D printers connect to Raise3D's 3D printing software ecosystem, which includes a 3D slicing program, ideaMaker, an open software model called ideaMaker Library, and our cloud-based 3D printing software, RaiseCloud.

Compatible with Raise3D Hyper Speed ​​Upgrade Kit

With the Hyper Speed ​​Upgrade Kit installed (available for additional purchase), Hyper FFF® technology enables the Pro3 Series printer to become capable of high-speed printing without any loss of accuracy or part quality.

When equipped with a Hyper Speed ​​Upgrade, the Pro3 series can deliver 600-1,000 grams of filament within 24 hours, meaning any part under 400 grams can be completed within 12 hours.

Improved print platform features

The Pro3 series features improved print platform capabilities for high-quality print performance and a better overall experience.

Automatic bed leveling makes 3D printer setup quicker and easier. The flexible build plate allows for effortless removal of 3D printed parts.
The rigidity of the Z-axis rod is increased by 75% to provide more stable performance.
These structural changes allow the Pro3 series to deliver better printing results and an easier printing experience.

Interchangeable hot end and extruder cover

The Pro3 series features an independent modular extruder with a dual extrusion system. This allows the Pro3 series to print with a variety of filaments, reduce clogging, and allow for convenient component disassembly and replacement. The Pro3 series' hot end is easy to remove, requiring no tools, making replacement and maintenance simple. Users can also easily remove the extruder's front cover to precisely diagnose common printing issues such as filament jams.

Air Flow Manager for better heat dissipation

The Pro3 Series' Air Flow Manager is located on the back of the printer, improving heat dissipation and air circulation, creating a stable environment within the print chamber. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.

EVE Smart Assistant

The Pro3 series features a built-in EVE assistant system, preloaded with common printing problems and solutions. EVE Assistant can guide users to accurately identify and resolve issues that could affect the final print job. EVE Assistant provides reminders for regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure printer maintenance is performed on time. It also helps reduce maintenance time and communication costs for an efficient maintenance process.
