The Raise3D Pro3 HS series is a powerful professional-grade 3D printer based on the Pro3 series with integrated Hyper FFF® technology. High-speed printing with high-performance composite materials

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series supports high-speed printing of 200-300 mm/s of Hyper Core high-performance composites, and 100-150 mm/s of industrial composites, meeting the high standards and requirements of end-use applications, improving both production efficiency and product quality. Thanks to this support for high-performance composites, the resulting printed parts perform effectively even in the most demanding end-use applications.

Improved accuracy for industrial applications

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series incorporates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing with Hyper Speed Technology, which provides a high-flow hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm. Capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 HS series features a closed-loop stepper motor in the motion control system, improving extruder motion control for more precise high-speed printing without missing steps. The new build plate provides uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. The optimized shaft provides improved holding power and motion stability, while the sturdy all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.

Its reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle, combined with a proven all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, enable long-lasting production. Optimized double-diaphragm couplings provide increased strength and longer life.
