A peelable support material designed for PPA-based composite filaments.
Raise3D Industrial PPA (Polyphthalamide) support filament is a peelable support material specifically developed for PPA (Polyphthalamide). During the 3D printing process, it creates a stable support structure, provides adequate adhesion at the interface with the printed parts, and counteracts the tendency for warping, thereby significantly improving the surface quality of overhangs and cavities of the printed parts. Once a print is complete, the support structure can be easily removed (peeled) from the printed parts by hand or with tools. This support material is more cost-effective than water-soluble support materials.
