Raise3D Industrial PET CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The well-dispersed carbon fibers (15% by weight) improve the stiffness, strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance of the PET matrix. After annealing, PET CF stabilizes its heat resistance at approximately 150°C, and its tensile modulus and strength exceed 6 GPa and 80 MPa, respectively. Compared to carbon fiber-reinforced nylon filament, PET CF's superior printability, dimensional stability, high creep resistance, and low moisture absorption make it an ideal choice for reliable carbon fiber composite printing for durable and cost-effective end-use applications, such as masks, fixtures, and functional parts.
