A new generation of industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®
The Hyper Core filament line is geared towards a new generation of professional and industrial fiber reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®.
Fiber-reinforced composite filaments are the ideal material for producing industrial and end-use parts and heavy-duty applications, offering superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. However, high-speed printing with fiber-reinforced filaments presents many challenges, such as reduced flow, poorer interlayer bond quality, and faster nozzle wear.
To overcome these challenges, Raise3D Hyper Core PPA CF25 filament is a specially developed extrusion technology that forms a fiber-rich inner core in which the majority of the carbon fiber (25% by weight) is well aligned and distributed. During high-speed printing, the exceptional thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber-rich core accelerates the melting of the filament at the hot end. Meanwhile, more residual heat energy is extracted from the fiber-rich inner core, improving the healing and bonding processes of the polymers through the interface of adjacent lines. Compared to regular PPA CF, Hyper Core PPA CF25 significantly improves Z-direction strength, surface quality, and even nozzle life. It is ideal for industrial-grade applications where high performance, stability, and efficiency are required.
