PolyCast™ is an easy-to-print filament specifically designed for investment casting applications. Thanks to Ash Free™ technology, 3D printed PolyCast™ patterns can be completely vaporized during the vitrification of the ceramic investment, typically leaving an ash residue of <0.003% by weight.
PolyCast™ significantly reduces both costs and lead times by eliminating the wax injection molding process.
