OBSIDIAN GF+PA6
Obsidian-GF, a glass-fiber-reinforced PA6-based filament, has been formulated to offer vibrant color options in an engineering-grade material for your Markforged printer. Obsidian-GF is a more affordable alternative to Markforged Onyx, suitable for all Markforged printers. We developed this material after extensive analysis and testing on our in-house Markforged printer and with numerous external beta testers. The result is a smooth printing experience that produces parts with excellent appearance and excellent mechanical properties. Made from high-quality chopped glass fiber and PA6 copolymer, Obsidian-GF is an excellent alternative to Onyx™, allowing our customers to choose vibrant colors, excellent mechanical properties, and save money when using their Markforged printer.
