As hard as ABS, with a Shore D value of 70, this FFF polyurethane thermoplastic allows for semi-rigid structural components capable of regaining their shape despite significant deformation caused by violent impacts. Nanovia TPU 70D can be stretched three times its original length and is tough enough to be post-treated. UV-resistant, this filament is suitable for outdoor use.
Description
With a shore hardness close to that of 70D ABS (hard hat material), Nanovia TPU 70D enables the fabrication of semi-rigid, wear-resistant functional structures.
This FFF polyurethane thermoplastic is suitable for outdoor use and ideal for silent blocks, wheels, soles, pipes, shock absorbers, orthopedic prostheses, safety equipment, etc.

Application recommendations
Conservation
- Store in an airtight container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight.
- Dehydrate for 4 hours at 60°C before printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.
Subsequent treatment
- Unlike other flexible filaments, Nanovia TPU 70 is stiff enough to be sanded.
