Non-flammable UL94 VO
Nanovia PC V0 is a 3mm UL94-rated VO certified fire-resistant FFF polycarbonate filament. This natively translucent polymer allows for components that can be used at temperatures up to 140°C, subject to high mechanical wear and impact.
Description
With a glass transition temperature of 140°C and a UL 94 V0 fire rating, Nanovia PC-V0 enables both mechanical and fire-resistant 3D prints.
Ideal for creating molds for composite infusion, prepreg, or even AFP draping. Widely used in industrial and electronics applications due to its mechanical properties.

Application recommendations
Conservation
- Store in an airtight container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight.
- Dehydrate for 4 hours at 60°C before printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.
Subsequent treatment
- For outdoor use, we recommend painting or applying a UV protective coating to prevent the polycarbonate from hydrolyzing and yellowing.

It is recommended that Nanovia PC-V0 be printed in a room with air extraction or using suitable breathing equipment.
