Nanovia Insulblend is perfect for electronics (board supports, connectors, etc.), prototyping, and industrial use.

Its resistance to alkalis, acids, bases, ionic solutions, and alcohol makes it an ideal material for batteries.

Application recommendations

Conservation

• Store in an airtight container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight.
• Dehydrate for 4 hours at 60°C before printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.

Press

• Extrusion temperature: between 260 and 280 °C
• Heated bed temperature: between 130 and 150 °C
• Enclosure temperature: 110°C

Health and safety

UL94 Certified
Nanovia Insublend filament is halogen-free, certified V-0 non-flammable (@ 1.6 mm with a rating of 5VA @ 2.5 mm) and flame retardant according to UL 94 certification.

UL 94 is a safety certification for plastic materials. Classification V-0 = no combustion after 10 seconds of vertical exposure to flame.
