Nanovia Insulblend is perfect for electronics (board supports, connectors, etc.), prototyping, and industrial use.

Application recommendations
Conservation
- Store in an airtight container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight.
- Dehydrate for 4 hours at 60°C before printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.
Press
- Extrusion temperature: between 260 and 280 °C
- Heated bed temperature: between 130 and 150 °C
- Enclosure temperature: 110°C
Health and safety
UL94 Certified
Nanovia Insublend filament is halogen-free, certified V-0 non-flammable (@ 1.6 mm with a rating of 5VA @ 2.5 mm) and flame retardant according to UL 94 certification.
UL 94 is a safety certification for plastic materials. Classification V-0 = no combustion after 10 seconds of vertical exposure to flame.
