The miniFactory Ultra printer is designed for printing high-performance materials such as ULTEM, PEEK, PEKK, PPSU.

The miniFactory Ultra 3D printer is the result of ten years of experience, expertise, and commitment in the field of high-performance polymers and composite 3D printing. It is the most powerful and versatile printer on the market for industrial 3D printing .

ULTRA features a heated chamber that can reach temperatures of up to 250°C, allowing the use of a wide range of materials, from basic and technical polymers to the most demanding high-performance polymers. This advantage is achieved by reaching a temperature close to or above the filament transition temperature (Tg) of the polymer used. Furthermore, the heated filament chamber maintains the optimal condition of the filaments thanks to a controlled temperature of up to 120°C with humidity monitoring. This allows for a continuous workflow without the need for pre-drying between prints. These conditions allow for improved layer adhesion, improved mechanical characteristics, lower residual stress, and reduced warping or cracking.
