Magigoo PA was specially developed for use exclusively with polyamide filaments.
This print bed adhesive is suitable for professional use. The adhesive ensures prints adhere well while the print bed is hot and is also easy to remove once the bed has cooled. It's also easy to clean off adhesive residue.
PA (polyamide) is typically offered in FDM 3D printing in three different grades: PA12, PA6.6, and PA6, and these materials are sometimes reinforced with other polymers such as carbon or fiberglass. Generally, nylon has high strength, durability, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. It is therefore widely used in many different industries. Nylon filaments can be challenging in terms of printing properties, as they are more prone to warping and distortion. Additionally, various PA grades can cause additional tangles and difficulties.
Magigoo-PA is the specialized solution for printing with nylon filaments. It works with a wide range of filaments, making it the ideal complement.
Advice:
- Shake well before use.
- Apply the Magigoo by pressing the bottle's nozzle onto the print bed. This opens the internal seal and the material can be applied.
- Print according to the filament manufacturer's recommendations.
- For larger prints we recommend a 20mm "Brim", or frame.
- Wait until the print is finished and the print bed has cooled. The print should detach easily from the plate.
- If you have difficulty removing it, you can, if possible, put some water on the print bed and then wash the print.
- Clean the printing plate with a cloth moistened with water.

- Using the wrong type of filament with the wrong Magigoo adhesive can cause over-adhesion and damage your print bed.
- Some adhesives may contain substances that cause corrosion and eye irritation. Wash your hands after use. Ideally, we recommend nitrite gloves when handling adhesives.

- Magigoo bottles have a spring-loaded closure. To open the bottle, press the closure onto the pressure plate.
- If you press the sides of the bottle together, the front closure may come off. Please never squeeze the sides of the bottle!
