Magigoo HT is specially designed for the use of high-temperature materials in professional use.

Magigoo HT glue stick provides ideal adhesion on the pressure bed of PEEK, PEKK or PEI (Ultem)

The Magigoo HT glue stick is best suited for high-temperature materials. As usual with Magigoo, prints adhere perfectly to a heated build plate, but can also be easily removed once 3D printing is complete and the build plate has cooled. Important: Using this glue stick with standard filaments (PLA, ABS, etc.) may cause excessive adhesion to the build plate, which could cause damage during removal. Please only use recommended materials with this glue stick.

High-temperature materials such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone) are advanced engineering thermoplastics with outstanding properties. They offer better mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures than conventional thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem, and PPSU, as well as their carbon and glass fiber-reinforced counterparts. Due to their high-temperature resistance and other exceptional properties, these materials are highly sought after at high temperatures and in demanding general material requirements. High-performance applications, such as the automotive and aerospace industries, use these materials in end-use applications and functional prototypes. Furthermore, these materials are also in demand in the chemical, petrochemical, medical, and research sectors. Due to their tendency to warp, high-temperature filaments are demanding materials for FDM printing. Magigoo HT is a specialized solution for high-temperature materials and is suitable for even the highest printing temperatures.

Advice:

For larger prints we recommend a 20mm brim.

Magigoo HT was developed for glass surfaces and offers the best efficiency. The adhesive pin also works on high-temperature Garolite and other common print bed surfaces.
