FLEXIBLE
A single machine that supports additive manufacturing, welding, drilling, and cutting of 3D and 2D components. With the BeamDirector® and quick-change nozzles, the machine can be changed from additive manufacturing, welding, drilling, or cutting in a second. The machine can be equipped with a 3-axis or up to 7-axis configuration.

INERT CHAMBER
The machine is designed to be equipped with an inert chamber option for printing reactive materials such as aluminum and titanium. The inert chamber achieves a total oxygen concentration of 50 ppm in the working volume, and the entire building volume can be removed thanks to a pre-chamber without a free inert atmosphere inside the working chamber.
INNOVATIVE
The machine can be equipped with REAL_DED (Real-Time Adaptive Laser Beam for Directed Energy Deposition) laser deposition head, developed and patented by Prima Additive to increase its performance and efficiency of the deposition process and allow the end user to adapt the laser beam spot size in real time during the process.
The LASERDYNE® 811 with Direct Energy Deposition technology is a compact and precise laser platform for direct metal powder deposition. Thanks to its high build ratio, it is suitable for 3D manufacturing, component repair, materials research, and the development of repair, reconstruction, or coating applications.
