Kimya HIPS-R 3D filament belongs to the family of styrene polymers. This high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) is a thermoplastic formulated from recycled materials and, despite being recycled, boasts good impact and heat resistance. It is highly waterproof, allowing it to be used in leak-free container applications. HIPS-R has another property that sets it apart from all other filaments: its solubility in D-limonene. In fact, it can be used as a support material. It is used in the manufacturing of packaging and even household appliances. Kimya HIPS-R 3D filament has the following properties:
