PEEK-CF

The use of 10% high-modulus short-cut carbon fiber significantly improves the stiffness and heat resistance of PEEK. It is used in some of the most demanding applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and oil and gas.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Greatly improve heat resistance, the thermal deformation temperature reached 300℃
• The printing process improves the uniformity of nucleation, it is easy to print and form, and the surface quality is good.
• Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK is added for a significant increase in strength modulus.
