EinScan HX is the brand new 2-in-1 portable hybrid blue light LED and laser 3D scanner. The combination of structured light and 7-cross laser blade 3D scanning makes this instrument capable of adapting to all applications.
You'll have two 3D scanners in one, saving you significant money and simplifying your workflows.
It performs color 3D scans in Rapid Scan mode and has very advanced technical features: resolution up to 0.05 mm , single 3D scan accuracy up to 0.04 mm and volumetric accuracy up to 0.06 mm/m.
The hybrid blue light, LED and laser technology makes EinScan HX extremely versatile and compatible with objects of any size and material, meeting the needs of all users and significantly expanding the application possibilities.
The low sensitivity to ambient light conditions makes this innovative portable 3D scanner very effective for 3D scanning any material and even dark or reflective surfaces , which are normally the biggest obstacle in an optical 3D scan.
EINSCAN HX: EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR REVERSE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
The EinScan HX is plug and play, equipped with ergonomic buttons, and 3D scanning occurs in real time with a single click. The portable 3D scanner allows for automatic on-screen reconstruction of the 3D model, just as the operator moves around the object to be scanned, without interruptions or manual operations.
EinScan HX uses different technologies to align 3D scanning data: by geometry, with markers or targets, hybrid alignment or based on textures, i.e. the natural colors of the surfaces to be acquired.
The extended field of view and high frame rate cameras make the EinScan HX even faster. Furthermore, this portable hybrid 3D scanner is ultra-light: it weighs only 710 grams and has an ergonomic design, so it can be used by anyone, in any working condition.
Shining 3D offers high-performance, easy-to-use 3D scanning software, always included in the price. The acquired data can be exported as a mesh or point cloud in OBJ, STL, ASC, PLY, P3, and 3MF formats.
Depending on the current offer, the EinScan HX is sold as part of the RED bundle (Reverse Engineering Design Bundle), bundled with SolidEdge SHINING 3D Edition CAD software with reverse engineering module and Geomagic Essentials polygon modeling software, offering full functionality for all 3D design and modeling tasks.
HOW TO USE
EinScan HX can work in two modes:
RAPID SCAN: with blue LED technology with a resolution of up to 0.25 mm and volumetric accuracy of up to 0.05 mm + 0.1 mm/m. In this mode, the alignment of the various 3D data can be done by geometry, with markers, in a hybrid manner, i.e., both with targets and geometry, or based on textures.
LASER SCAN: with 7-cross blue laser technology, with a resolution of up to 0.05 mm and volumetric accuracy of up to 0.04 mm + 0.06 mm/m. In this mode, the alignment of the various 3D data can only be done with targets or markers.
