The DLP Station 5-365 EXZ combines atum3D's proprietary technical advantages and open resin platform with a significantly larger build envelope and a versatile, powerful, lightweight engine. These features open up a whole new range of applications, such as printing parts for entire shoe size ranges in footwear and insoles that were previously unimaginable.

ON-SITE PRODUCTION
The DLP Station 5-365 EXZ is designed for rapid, on-site production of single pieces or series of (custom) parts. The combination of features brought together in this industrial-grade printer makes it the ideal solution for a wide range of applications.

SPACE FOR CREATION
With a build envelope nearly double in height, the DLP Station 5-365 EXZ (extended Z-axis) allows you to create parts up to 192 x 108 x 450 mm. The 450 mm Z-axis is among the largest available in DLP printing today.

FAST AND ACCURATE SERIAL PRINTING
The DLP Station 5-365 EXZ features a custom-built Ultra HD light engine that delivers exceptional power. The all-new Z-axis allows the build platform to accelerate 4x faster and move vertically twice as fast. Build speeds of up to 150 mm per hour are possible.

EASE OF USE REINVENTED
New features include a maintenance door that covers the entire front of the printer and a pull-out mechanism for the safety tray. Add to that the large touchscreen and the self-leveling Build Platform S, and printer operation and calibration are a breeze.

SMART PREPARATION
Print jobs are prepared using our intuitive Operator Station software. atum3D's proprietary algorithms take into account the specific properties of the resin when used in the DLP Station 5-365 EXZ, as well as individual printer calibration data during slicing.
