Advanced capacity extruder

BigRep's Advanced Capability Extruder (ACE) expands the PRO's material capabilities while still delivering reliable, quality prints with speed and precision. ACE is a direct-drive extruder, perfectly equipped for fiber-reinforced materials like BigRep's HI-TEMP CF. With ACE, you can print durable, large-format parts 50% faster than other large-scale printers.

Precision motion portal

The BigRep PRO's 1m3 build volume is supported by a durable, custom-built stand designed for high speed, rapid acceleration, and precision. The sturdy frame eliminates vibrations during printing, ensuring fast yet precise movement by sliding the extruders along a reinforced carriage system. Powered by Bosch servomotors with integrated encoders, the PRO calculates the printhead's position in real time for self-monitoring and positional accuracy.

Dry material storage

BigRep PRO's environmentally sealed filament chamber, with a capacity of two spools, ensures all materials, including engineering-grade and water-soluble materials, remain dry in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment. Even when powered off, the airtight material storage ensures high quality and reliability.
