BigRep VIIO 250

The BigRep VIIO 250 is a fully automated 3D printer for reliable, continuous industrial production. To achieve this, the machine is built with cutting-edge automation features: auto-calibration, auto-sequential printing, and automated filament management to ensure maximum machine efficiency.

• The Infinity Box: You can press print and walk away without worrying about running out of filament thanks to the additional feature: the Infinity Box. The automatic filament manager detects when the material runs out during an active print job and loads new filament without anyone's intervention. It also functions as an active dry storage box to keep the filament in optimal conditions and holds 4 spools of up to 8 kg each.
• Dual Smart Manufacturing (SMX) Extruders: The VIO 250 features dual Smart Manufacturing (SMX) extruders capable of printing up to 350°C with engineering-grade and carbon fiber materials. The extruders have bright LED indicators to show different statuses, so you can stay updated at a glance. Achieve consistently fast, complex, high-resolution 3D prints thanks to built-in smart sensors and 3 nozzle sizes: 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 1.0mm.
