The DLP Station with an extended build envelope is now available with our powerful 405nm light engine module. In line with our vision of offering the most affordable and fully customizable open-platform DLP 3D printers, the DLP Station 5-405 EXZ allows you to use any available DLP resin in the 405nm range, thanks to atum3D's proprietary open resin platform. These exceptional features make the DLP Station 5-405 EXZ perfect for many applications, including footwear manufacturing and mold and insert printing.

PRINT PARTS UP TO 45 CM
The extended Z-axis is nearly double the height of the DLP Station 5-405. This allows you to create parts up to 192 x 108 x 450 mm in size. The 450 mm Z-axis is among the largest available in DLP printing today. Thanks to DLP technology, the DLP Station 5-405 EXZ allows you to fill the build platform with different parts without impacting print times.

DESIGNED FOR SERIAL PRINTING
The custom-built Ultra HD light engine in the DLP Station 5-405 EXZ enables its high performance in terms of speed and precision. The redesigned Z-axis allows the build platform to accelerate 4x faster and move vertically twice as fast. This enables build speeds of up to 150 mm per hour, depending on the resin, part details, and settings.

CONVENIENT OPERATION
The DLP 5-405 EXZ station is designed with operator convenience in mind. The touchscreen user interface allows control of all major functions. The self-leveling Build Platform S simplifies accurate printer calibration, and the full-width maintenance door with a pull-out safety tray provides access for cleaning and maintenance.
