Zortrax Curing Station is a post-processing device that provides additional UV curing of parts made with all resin 3D printing technologies.

Essential in resin 3D printing
UV curing is a post-processing step required by nearly all major resin manufacturers to achieve the desired mechanical and thermal properties of their materials. To ensure consistent results, it must be performed under controlled conditions using high-quality equipment such as the Zortrax curing station.

Safety first
The Zortrax curing station is equipped with multiple systems that ensure operator safety. The device detects when the curing chamber door is open and immediately turns off the UV lamps to prevent harmful UV radiation. During the curing process, all UV radiation
UV rays are blocked by a filter built into the front glass pane. Finally, a separate system prevents the UV LEDs from overheating.

Wide compatibility
The Zortrax curing station is a standalone device capable of curing all UV LCD, SLA, or DLP resin 3D printers available on the market. It has a large workspace that allows for curing large 3D prints made on industrial machines. Now, there are no design or software features that lock the user into a particular 3D printing ecosystem.

Industrial-class polymerization chamber
The Zortrax Curing Station's curing chamber is designed for resin 3D models and is designed to ensure uniform UV exposure. The chamber walls are made of 304 stainless steel sheet polished to EN 10088-2 2P, which acts as a mirror and reflects UV light to all sides of the model. Exposure consistency is further improved by a rotating table on which the parts to be cured are placed. This ensures that post-processed models are free of weak spots caused by insufficient UV exposure.
