The AESUB Orange 3D Scanning Spray is a self-evaporating spray that evaporates within 24 hours. It allows for easier scanning of complex surfaces.
In the 3D scanning industry, there are often difficulties with glossy surfaces or transparent objects. The projected light refracts off the objects, and the image captured by the scanner cannot be clearly assigned to a geometry. In these cases, scanner spray helps. It sprays the scanned objects, creating a matte, white surface. Scanner sprays therefore greatly improve scan quality.
With many common scanner sprays, objects become so dirty that the scanned object must be cleaned after scanning. The objects and their surroundings are contaminated and polluted by color pigments. The spray available here evaporates on its own within 24 hours of scanning. There's no need to clean the components.
Unlike conventional sprays, AESUB white does not contain titanium dioxide, which has been classified by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) as a carcinogen if inhaled through the respiratory tract.
