The CORE One L is much more than just a larger version of the CORE One. We didn't just increase the size, we kept everything that worked well and added features for hassle-free large-format printing.

For the body, we chose an effective combination of a solid steel frame and aluminum panels to create a lightweight version of our proven exoskeleton design. And the results are convincing: the machine's external dimensions are only 10% larger than the CORE One, but it maintains the same weight and doubles the print volume!

The standard heated bed has been replaced with our new AC convection heated bed with active air circulation for perfect heat distribution throughout the chamber. The printer features a removable 1080p camera with night vision, two included nozzles, fully automatic chamber temperature management, easier FLEX filament feeding, and much more.

The 300 × 300 × 330 mm build volume (double that of the CORE One) is ideal for any type of project. It allows you to print large functional parts, production equipment, architectural models, life-size cosplay helmets, and other large objects in a single piece. And most importantly, the new heated bed ensures the best possible heat distribution thanks to the materials used, allowing for seamless edge-to-edge printing.

No cold corners, fast heating

The new massive AC (alternating current) heated bed is made from a thick aluminum block to ensure the best possible heat distribution. This allows for perfectly even heat distribution from edge to edge, with no cold spots or corners. You can position your model anywhere on the print area without worrying about the corners lifting or warping. Two fans on the underside of the heated bed create a convection effect, drawing in cold air and blowing it onto the heated surface to quickly heat the chamber to a temperature of 60°C.

The machine handles everything automatically, including configuring the optimal printing environment within the chamber. A larger build volume is not only useful for large prints, but also for a greater number of prints. The Prusa CORE One L is the perfect machine for overnight jobs or large-scale series production. The print bed is 63% larger than the CORE One, so you can fit significantly more objects on the bed and leave it running overnight. You can always check the progress with a 1080p night vision camera and receive notifications on your phone.

You can rest assured that, thanks to our quality-focused, in-house developed print profiles, your models will come out exactly as designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy, as proven by CT scans. The CORE One L uses the proven Nextruder with 360° cooling for flawless printing of overhangs up to 75°, saving both time and material.

The chamber is as compact as possible and, thanks to the new active heat circulation provided by a new high-performance heated bed with two fans, reaches 60°C in record time. This makes it possible to easily print advanced materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA (nylon), and many others. The results will be astonishing: no cracks, no raised corners, no warping.

New option for inserting flexible filaments

The side filament sensor can be set to flexible filament loading mode using a physical switch: this deactivates the filament sensor and opens a wider, less restrictive passage for flexible materials. However, a second filament sensor in the print head continues to monitor filament depletion.

Prusa CORE One L is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer and provides exceptional stability and rigidity. However, maintenance is still simple, and if you need to replace a worn component in a couple of years, it's a breeze. Everything can be disassembled with a screwdriver. As usual, we keep spare parts in stock for years.

The CORE One L features an accelerometer, and the firmware includes a built-in setup wizard to help you set the optimal belt tension. The printer is pre-calibrated at the factory, but if you want to ensure 100% performance after performing any unscheduled maintenance, you can easily recalibrate everything from the menu. The printer features two nozzles (high-flow and abrasion-resistant) to ensure complete coverage of all filaments.
