Nanovia PEKK-A CF is a high-performance polymer suitable for parts requiring high mechanical strength at temperatures up to 180°C. The added carbon fibers, in addition to strengthening the material's mechanical properties, reduce warping, making Nanovia PEKK-A CF usable on a wider range of machines.
Description
Based on polyetherketonecetone (PEKK), this high-performance carbon fiber composite 3D filament is an ideal material for industrial applications.
Thanks to its slow crystallization and composite carbon fibers, Nanovia PEKK-A CF can be printed using a heated enclosure at just 90°C.

Application recommendations
Conservation
- Store in an airtight container with desiccant, away from direct sunlight.
- Dehydrate for 4 hours at 60°C before printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.
Press
- It is recommended to use a reinforced nozzle, suitable for abrasive materials.
Health and safety

It is recommended that Nanovia PEKK-A CF be printed in a room with air extraction or using appropriate respiratory equipment.
